RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication before the expiry of the 14-day period.
To request a return of one or more items, the Customer must send an email to info@graudio.it or graudio@pec.it.
The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The integrity of the returned product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
HOW THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS WORKS
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the Customer may return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The refund will be processed only after the returned goods have been received and inspected to verify their condition.
GR Audio S.r.l. will refund the full amount paid for the returned product, excluding shipping costs.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
In the case of promotional offers where a product is purchased together with another product at a discounted price or free of charge, the right of withdrawal must be exercised by returning both items, as the promotional product is considered ancillary to the main product.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- customized or made-to-order products (e.g. custom colors, personalized graphics, custom builds)
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. in-ear products) if they have been used
- products for which a return request has not been submitted through the official procedure
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Once return authorization and instructions have been provided by a GR Audio S.r.l. representative, the Customer must carefully pack the products, including all original packaging and components, in suitable packaging to ensure protection during transport.
GR Audio S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above procedure.
The goods must be shipped at the Customer’s expense, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the return authorization, to the following address:

Important: It is strongly recommended to use an express courier or another trackable shipping method.
GR Audio S.r.l. will not be liable for refunds in case the returned goods are not received.
REFUND TIMELINE
The refund will be issued within 5 working days from receipt of the returned goods and in any case no later than 30 calendar days.
The refund method will be agreed upon with a GR Audio S.r.l. representative during the return process via email.
