GR AUDIO S.R.L., VAT No. 08549100728, with registered office at Via Conchia n.54/T, 70043 Monopoli (BA), Italy (hereinafter the “Data Controller”), provides this Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) regarding the processing of personal data collected through the website https://gramplifiers.shop/ (the “Website”).

This Policy applies exclusively to this Website and does not apply to third-party websites that may be accessed via external links, for which GR AUDIO S.R.L. assumes no responsibility.


1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller processes the following categories of personal data:

a) Browsing and Technical Data
During normal operation, the Website’s systems automatically collect certain data, including:

  • URI addresses of requested resources

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to ensure data security, including protection against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
